my proposed carpc build

Please correct me please if I'm screwing this up big time:
Here is the system specs I'm starting with:

400/533MHz FSB
Chipsets Intel 845GV
Memory 2x 184 pin DDR
Expansion Slot 3x PCI slot
Graphics Intel 845GV Integrated
IDE 1 x ATA100 IDE channels
Serial ATA N/A
RAID N/A
Audio AC'97 Codec w/SPDIF option
LAN 10/100 Mbps
On board Headers Not Specified
Material Not Specified
Extension Bay 2 x 3.5" bays
1 x 5.25" bay
Front Panel 2x USB
Audio ports
Back Panel 1x LPT
1x COM
2x PS/2
1x VGA
1x RJ45
4x USB
Audio ports
Power 160W(PFC)
Dimension 325 x 100 x 370 mm

I will add 1 stick of 256 ram and a 40G western digital hard drive and a dvd player.

I was going to run a 400W 2 plug inverter to run my components I plan to install the PC in the trunk and hook the audio through the OEM CD changer plug in the back I am told there is an adapter that mates with the OEM plug and and in a headphone type jack.

The LCD I want to use is a Lilliput 7in TFT touch screen but I don't want and indash install I want to make a custom swing arm that I can hide the monitor away if I'm not going to use it. I want to keep my oem stereo

The install is going to be in an audi a4 anybody see some pitfalls so far for me? Any help provided would be greatly appeciated.

-Eric

What do you need such a powerful computer for?

What are you going to manufacture your custom swing arm out of?

I don't know anything about Audi's but if you can buy an Auxil. In for the OEM radio I'll be surprised...stranger things have happened, though, so you're probably right, if you heard it from a reputible source.

Welcome to the board and good luck!
