can you use a usb keyboard to alter bios functions and in dos?

the keyboard port on my motherboard dont work.

the other thing i'm wondering is if I buy this lcd,

I should be able to use it with mpxplay and winamp?

"YES" if the bios is not too old on your mobo. Anything made in the last 5 years (approx) should be fine.
