I am using voice control right now with MediaCar and it works great. I am using is Realized Voice. With this software, you can program macro or keypresses and use voice to execute whatever you need to run.

touchscreen might help, thats what I use right now.

I want to find a scroll wheel that will mount flush... itd be real nice to have that to move through playlists.

keyboard, theres an onscreen keyboard if you need it, obviously you dont want to type more than a word or 2, but all I use it for is naming folders.

with this software, all I have to do is say "next page" (or whatever command you named) and it scrolls down one page for me. You just have to define the macro to simulate the keyboard/mouse action
