New guy..
Hello,
I am happy to have found this community!! Back in 1999 I had the notion to put my imac into my saturn. At the time I had never heard of anybody putting a computer into their car befor except as a frankenstine-like mp3 player, and had no idea how to get things moving. Long story short, I gave up after frying my PS, and have since put the idea on the backburner.
But, recently I purchased an 88 Toyota Supra in non working condition, that I am going to be restoring. Hopefully withen the next few months I will be able to get the project rolling, Me and my wife are looking at purchasing a house so this project will have to wait for a bit. One of the featuers I really want to incorporate is an incar computer system(wich is why I am here). I am going to incorporate as much functionality from the car into the system as possiable.
I have experiance working on cars and have built quite a few computers, so I dont know If you would consider me a noob, but I know I have alot to learn.
But yea, just wanted to introduce myself..
