If you want a VGA display, check out www.digitalww.com. Not motorized, but they're supposed to be quite spiffy (mine arrives Monday).

Mine is on order, but I believe you push it and its spring loaded so it pops out a little, and then you pull it out fully.

yep, about £260 ukp, about £100 more than the non-indash version. They are custom built, but the only current solution for an in-dash VGA touchscreen that I could find ...comes highly recomended though.
Im down in Somerset.

I think the DWW-7VGA is a Xenarc screen (with 400nits display, as old version used to be a duller 200nits) and there is also the DWW-7VGT which is slightly cheaper and is a Lilliput screen.
Not 100% sure about that though, website does'nt specifically say, but its what I gathered when researching them.

it would appear so,
all people seem to do is complain about there broken lilliputs
to be fair some peopple ahev had no problems atall, some have had problesm with Xenarcs aswell but very very few 2 or 3 at the most, it is true that xenarcs (aka gain) see link, are more expensive , but you know howthe old saying goes......
anyway ive seen both working side byside and the xenarc is much more clearer and deifined and appears to be more solid better build quality, the lilliput is great for the price
in the uk here
