Question a newb question about motherboards

well its my first post here.
been reading these forums for about 2 months now while i was shopping for a car and i just bought a dodge neon 95 for pretty cheap and in awesome shape.
so i wanted to put in a little carputer for gps and music because i suck at directions haha
but whats the best mother board for a carputer right now
i know they have those compact ones but which ones come with onboard video and sound and such
and also where can i read up on powering my computer i read a few posts here on it but i really havent gotten my mind around it
i'm really familiar with computers i can build them from scrath no prob looked at a few motehrboards but cant seem to find any that are mini with all the parts installed
thanks guys for any help and hopefully once i get my first carputer installation going i can be the person helping a noob
