Will the opus 150 handle this setup?

These are the specs of my carputer im planning to get, i want the opus 150 w but will it handle this setup? BTW, i know about the situation between opus and biostar mobo's

Biostar M7NCG-400 mobo
AMD ATHLON XP MOBILE 2400+ 45W
256 MB ram
Maxtor/WD ata 133 full size 80 GB 7200 rpm HDD
Slim standard cd-rom
Maybe power my lilliput 8" lcd due to the noise problems with its car adapter "EGG"

What do you guys think?
