Landrover Defender in dash Lilliput fitting

Hi All

Just wondering if any other Landrover owners have managed to fit a Lilliput 7" into the dash without it looking like an add on. I've done the bit and only managed to find one example installed in a LR with air con, no such luxury for me. I want to keep my HU so the space between the front vents is not really an option. Obviously, without A/C I'll need to keep the vents functional for the 2 weeks a year of hot weather we get in the UK!

Those familiar with LR's will know its limitations so any advice or sound suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Cheers for the reply. I have started the thread in 'Fabrication' section and posted a couple of pics there if you want to have a look.
