blown fuses

i am trying to test my carpc and keep blowing fuses. i am using a 12ah sla battery to the m1 atx and just the via motherboard. i checked all the connections and everything looks good but everytime i try to hook it up a fuse blows. i need some help.

my cat chewed through one of the wires and it was grounding. lucky that was before i hooked it up. lol
