Ok I've searched for it since you didn't go in to great details, but other than "get a fuse," could you be more specific? Like what kind of fuse? How many volts or amps? Is it like those fuses found with car stereo installation kits? Sorry, I'm a noob

But I did get everything else

You'll need to figure this out based on your setup. Head over to the FAQ Emporium and check the FAQ to the FAQ's section on "Powering a Car PC" or check out the thread titles on power supplies and choosing the proper gauge wire/fusing.
