Installing speakers to carputer

Hey everyone, i have a question that might be something simple for some of you but as stated in my previous posts im a knuckle head. i have a 2002 3.5L v6 Altima 5spd (if it maters) i was woundering when i have my touchscreen monitor and everything connected to the carputer how can i install my factory wire harness for the speakers with the built in AMP to the computer? Can anyone please give me full details and pretty much baby sit me on this? Thx alot i would REALLY apreciate that.

I dont know if im stupid or if im just missing something, but how would i be able to connect my amp to my speakers. Only thing i can come up with is connecting it to my 12" AudioBahn sub using that same format on that Diagram.

Your amp receives audio from the current headunit. Chances are it's not using RCA's like aftermarket amplifiers/headunits, but a proprietary wiring harness. Your concern shouldn't be connecting the amp to the speakers, since that part is already done.
Your concern should be getting the audio signal fromt eh PC to the amp. To pull this off, there are two alternatives:
1) Determine the pinout of the existing witing harness that delivers audio signal to the amp and create your own cable to convert RCA L/R to the factory amp's harness
or...
2) Locate a pre-made one adapter, if one exists.

Thats my problem, im removing my headunit to put my indash touch screen. Also im running the AMP with the stock radio which it has no RCA outputs so i have to put a RCA mudulelator or w/e its called it has a few names i think but i cant think of it right now.

yes the stock bose system with that rca mudulator and a 4channel amp with a 12" audio bahn sub.

You didn't understand a word I said.

There's a wiring harness that delivers audio to the amplifier from the headunit. One end plugs into headunit. Other end plugs into the stock amp.
Figure out what wires in that harness are delivering the line-level audio to the amp. If you goole, you can probably find a schematic. The next step is to shop the heanunit connector, wire up RCA connectors to the appropriate wires.

The sound card will then run from the speaker jack through a 1/8" to RCA adapter and then into the RCAs you splice onto your cable. The other end plugs into your stock amplifier.

Considering it's difficult for you to comprehend this concept, I highly suggest you search around to find a cable that's pre-made. I know they exist for your Altima because I did some looking around.

OK i get what your saying now, that was my worries, do you know how that cable i need is called? I'd be nice to have a few shots of how its done ill google to see what i can find, thx alot.

I though the sound card had a 3.5 millimiter audio jack, i had to get the adapter to RCA (which i already have) so wouldn't i be needing the OEM-2?

I though what i needed was a RCA Line Input to Speaker Level Output, to connect the 3.5millimiter audio jack to a RCA adapter, the adapter to the RCA Line Input to Speaker Level Output then to the amp harness??? or am i totally wrong?

I'm in a similar situation so let me see if I can clarify this. I'm hoping somebody can confirm this for both of us.

The pac-oem1 that scott_fx linked to will work, because it will let you solder in the computer's speaker outputs on one end, and then plug the other end into your factory amp.
BUT - since the computer's outputs are all ready line level, the gain controls are unnecessary, right? In other words, all he would need is this:

The white connector ends plug into the same cable that comes out of the factory stereo (which is being removed). The bare ends will be soldered to the computer's speaker outputs.

Is that correct? If so, what happens to the wires that aren't for the speakers? Amp turn-on, illumination, etc? If the power/ground wires need soldered to power/ground, that means that the factory amp normally gets its power through the factory headunit?

EDIT: Forget that last part. I think I understand my confusion now. The power/ground wires WOULD be soldered to the power/ground of the new headunit. But since there is no new headunit in this case (the computer does that part) they won't need to be soldered in at all. What about amp turn-on and illumination though?

someone correct me if im wrong but, you only use the speaker wires on this case and not the rest.

alright, i found some very usefull info. and i already know pretty much on how to do this. ill get the 3.5mm to RCA adapter which i already have, then all i need is the RCA input to Speaker Level Output to connect it to the harness. I found a few of them but i'd like u guys let help me choose the right one incase im mistaken. i think something like this is what i need....
