Is my computer, my amp or my speakers have a problem ?

Hi guys, I just installed a computer in my car, and everything was running fine, but there is a problem. So I have a Amp Pioneer 350w 2channels, and 2 front speakers is pioneer also. and 2 back speakers is boston. And the problem is 2 speakers in the front and left speaker in the back is working fine with the amp. and the right speaker in the back I don't know why everytime I tried connect it to the amp, and then I can't really hear the sound, it worked then stopped. Really annoying. But once I tried to connect only the right speaker to the amp, and the problem is the same. So is my right speaker in the back has a problem or something ? thanks.
