car-laptoputer project! Is this LCD any good?

Hi! this is my 1st post on this forum. I spent hours reading FAQ`s so I hope I will not ask stupid questions.

I have a Laptop which I rarely use. It has a Athlion x64 1.4 GHZ CPU, 512 RAM and 80 GIG HARD. It also has a VGA out, a DVD writer and usb ports.

I want to get an in-dash LCD touchscreen with VGA as an input.
After hours of searching for the right and not too expensive LCD I found this on Ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...ayphotohosting

Would you suggest me to buy this LCD in-dash monitor? It seems to be very popular, since that guy got 2300+ views. I think it has no name. Thank you!!!

thats the dww-700h. i was also considering it, but its just a tad more work and way cooler to fabricate a screen into the dash...

BTW - http://www.digitalww.com/DWW-700H.htm

that dude on ebay makes $30 minus shipping every time someone buys that. no wonder he has so many available! (especially if its defective, damaged, or otherwise not perfect- then you dont get refunded outragous $42 shipping fee- and he makes 42 and just resells it to the next person!)

...i love tooling on ebay!

Anyways back to what i was saying- its not hard to fabricate a screen into a dashboard. this is just a photoshop, but i'd imagine it wouldnt be more than a few hours work to install an lcd there- and i just might.
