Custom interior mount

Hi folks,

My first post here,

I own a UK Rover 200 and i am installing a car computer, now, i've run into issues where the car only has a single din stereo slot but i want to keep a normal stereo (for cds, radio and amp) installed as well as the computer.

I have thought about using the space where the central air vents are, but this would require a custom surround - ideally i would have a surround/mount made which will host any DIN unit, what i'm looking for is people/companies within the UK who will manufacture a surround/mount at low cost for me - i'm not all that handy when it comes to things like that (if its electronics, i'm your man).

why not relocate the headunit to the glove box? That way you could take the original DIN spot for a fold out screen.

The original din slot is too low to get a good angle on a screen really, plus i would need to be able to adjust volume and so on while im driving or when not using the computer.
