Corsa SXI trims

Hey, ive got a 03 plate silver corsa SXI 1.2.

Any idea how i can go about taking of the black trims which runs along the sides of the car through the door etc.

Are they glued? bolted? etc or leave marks so i need to get car sprayed. Seen a corsa with them removed and looks amazing! Cheers
