Is this a good deal?

hey guys. new to the car pc scene, but been building tower pcs for 2-3 years now. As far as I can tell, the only difference between a regular pc and car pc is the power supply.

I been browsing around some sites and got a link to one that seems to be reputable, but I am wondering if its a good deal or not.

I am looking at the carc158:

http://www.logicsupply.com/product_i...370%7B41%7D371

with the M10000 1GHz board, 512 ram, no HD and a 160 watt power supply.

Even $400. That a good deal??

And what does RoHS mean?
Should I wait till they restock with the MII 10000 1GHz RoHS board? Will I see much of a difference between these two boards?

Logic Supply is a very reputable reseller.
And it's a decent deal.

RoHS is an environmental compliance standard. There's a good explanation in Wikipedia. Check it out.

And no, you won't see much difference (if any) betweent eh M10000 and the MII 10000.
