new here looks very informative i have a 1994 grand cherokee with infiniti sound replaced the deck everthing was dandy until one a weird loud soud coming out the speekers and volume was not even on after 10min sound went away so checked wires everything ok and then the next day no sound nothing do u think it could be my infiniti sound amp that pretty musch shot.

I agree but it does sound like something has shorted in your amp, good luck with it.
