OBDLogRepair

I've just added a small tool to the obdgpslogger repository. It's basically just a couple sql statements wrapped up to take some best guesses at "fixing" databases output by obdgpslogger.

At the moment, it checks that we have indices created on the database, and repairs trip.end=-1 rows in the trip table.

In future, I anticipate it being a tool for magical-backward-compatability-resolution, as well as a tool to fix potentially-broken databases if possible. It doesn't have a manpage yet, or get installed if you run "make install", but it's there.
