Unrelated Car Mods

Can anyone point me in the right direction for the following car mods that are loosely related to carmp3?

1. Installing a mini-fridge that chills sodas and snacks while your car is running (perhaps even when the car is off?)

2. Installing custom lighting in the interior of the car?

Things of this nature.

Thanks!

I can only see a mini-fridge being practical if you're going on a long road trip. The fridge needs enough time to cool down, and you cant have it on when the car is off, that will kill the battery so fast.

I have custom lighting in my car. I have six blue cold cathode tubes (3 sets, 2 tubes and 1 transformer in a set) in my car, two under the dash, and two under each front seat. They're wired into mky parking light circuit so when I turn on my lights the tubes come on. I can draw you some schematics if you need them.

That makes sense.

That'd be way awesome of you. Thanks. Perhaps you have pictures of your completed project too?

There are plenty of peltier based "refrigerators" that you can buy cheap. I run one from my secondary battery so I don't run down the starting battery.
