Thanks
If you have once the opportunity to go in Croatia, your heart and your eyes will stay there for years...until you come back to the next visit.
The first pic is one of the Plitvice lakes, there are 16 lakes falling from one into another...
but Plitvice lakes and natural park are not the only place to see, there is also the Dalmatian coast http://dalmacija.modrojezero.org/Trsteno/index.html
Not well known places from tourists

I'm preparing a gallery right now because there are too many pictures to be posted in the topic but what you see is only a tenth of what i still have (around 1 Gb).
Some very very very rich people from Georgetown and Southampton are coming there...guess why
When the galery will be up (in 2 or 3 hours) i think you will see why it's worth to jump in this small country

I saw a show on Croatia. Most people wonder why anyone would want to visit there, they think of poverty and war.
I remember when I moved to Portugal in 1977...this looks similar...unspoiled. (yet). Just wait till all the developers come in. Portugal (the Algarve) is now ruined
Wish I had the cash to visit Croatia, it looks awesome dude.
Edit: where's the pics of the pretty girls?

Well it remains a little time before everything becomes like French Riviera, overcrowded, ugly with flats, hôtels on each square inch. This year i saw they are developping a lot buildings and this is not a so good new.
Poverty is less visible than in France to not say not visible at all, i.e. when walking in the streets of any city or village you can't see homeless people like in France.
The war seems to be on another planet in another time but not in Croatia, i didn't saw any war machine, only guard coast helicopter cruised once in the sky. Now it's right that there are still mines in the north of the country but they are between 100 to 300 km from coast.
Girls, god, yes they were so many girls but i was with my wife and i found not correct to take girl's pics...now i took a pic of one or two without even think about.
I took a photo of the guard and the main entrance portal, i didn't even noticed this so delicious lovely and sweet smile of the girl near the door...
Click on the picture to get the original size you will see.

That's what my wife said when she saw the photo, she was not so happy but for me it's a surprising present hidden in the picture
I also enjoyed the Jazz band playing some well known music and the girl playing trumpet
Here are some homeless from George Town C. I. that have no option but live on a boat...so sad

Now if you don't care about homeless you can have a diner in the middle of the sea on an old pirate's boat replica, on board there is a band playing classic music.
There is a program with Jazz as well. The boat is leaving the harbour every evening.

That's all for this year, i'll go back there next year but with car.
The plane is simply scary, not due to plane or to the plane's crew but the aiport track is small due to mountains, so when they take off, they add thrust with a third booster, feels like flying in a fighter and the landing is rock'n'roll as well.
Plane stays on his approach ceiling and suddenly goes to landing with a though angle, once again due to mountains, when it touches the floor, it brakes very very hard, hardly reverting turbines.
