Exclamation Sunrocket VOIP - DEAD

So if you did not know. Sunrocket is out of business.

http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r186...-Days-are-OVER

Sunrocket have been very quiet about this and most customers do not know what is happening.

All employees have been fired. Customer support does not exist, call 1-800-786-0132 and you will see. SIP servers are down. Voicemail is down. Not longer before the website disappears.

If you have service with them I suggest makes copies of all your billing information so you can start a dispute with your credit card. If you ported in a number or have a number you want to keep, you need to start porting it ASAP.

If you are looking for a new provider then, I suggest Viatalk. They are offering free shipping (SHIPFREE) and will credit you for the months of service Sunrocket screwed you on.

If you worked for Sunrocket, I wish you well.

If you can get into the admin side of the gizmo, you can use the gizmo with any provider that supports SIP.

That sucks for all the customers... Hopefully they get to keep there number and don't have to much trouble.

I never buy into those pay for 2 year things, to much risk of this kind of stuff happening.

I have been using voice pulse for my line and love them, and then Speakeasy for our home.
