What is "loud"
I'm looking at cooling fans for my computer, since I need specific size to fit in restricted space. What would be considered loud? Since it's going to be in my dash I don't wanna hear the 'whirrrr' of the fan coming from there, but I want to get adequate cooling. It seems like the best candidates so far are between 24dBA & 34dBA
