IE5 or 6 download

Does anyone know where or how to download IE5 or IE6 to install at a later time? I know you can download to disk/install later with the normal packages, but since I have XP IE6 installed they give an error "Setup has detected a newer version of Internet Explorer already installed on this system - Setup cannot continue.". Blaa Blaaa Blaaaaa

I remember a while back seeing a "corporate" download section on Microsofts site where I would be able to download it, but I can't seem to find it now. I need it to install on a couple school computers next week, so I was going to burn it to disk. Any ideas?

Wouldn't have a clue, why not just buy a PC mag with it on the CD?

FYI Maveric, after you do the IE 6 'live install' - the one where u get a little 500KB installer that sucks everything from the net. after that finishes, you will have a new folder floating in your WINNT/WINDOWS folder that is all the stuff it just downloaded... allowing you to do an offline install at a later date.. I backed this up to CD-R for later use and it works fine...

cant remember the exact name of the folder, but I know there are quite a few .cabs in there.... just search for *.cabs in the WINDOWS folder i spose...

if you do the custom install, there is an option to create the ie6setup.exe file. you have to check something like network install or something like that. you still have to download everything, but when it is finished, you also have the full setup file suitable for burning to a CD or something.

What you and magnetik didn't get was that I couldn't run the setup. I have XP Pro that comes with the latest IE version, and when you try to run the setup it gives you an error message. Gutters suggestion worked perfectly! I now have both IE5.5 & 6 on CD with the ability to install on any MS OS.
