First, get a wireless router that has QoS capabilities. I like the Buffalo or Linksys routers that can run DD-WRT.
If you have DD-WRT, then you can set your QoS to prioritize by IP or MAC address, as explained

Any router with QoS should be able to handle this task. Just give your IP's a higher priority than your neighbors. You should also assign static DHCP leases for your computers if you aren't assigning priority by MAC address.
