Question

95 Honda Passport - doesnt have a button to lock/unlock the doors but if you unlock or lock driver side door it does the same operation to all of them...

so is that considered automatic locks or not because i was wanting to install keyless entry and didnt know if i needed another actuator or what?

Yes, they are power door locks. It still uses electricity and relays to control the locks. Installing RKE should work fine

It sounds like all your doors besides your drivers door has actuators. Will the drivers door ever lock or unlock on its own? If not, it sounds like you need to add an actuator to the drivers door, then control that with a remote entry system so when the drivers door unlocks, they all do.

Moved to Off Topic, as this has nothing to do with vehicle computing.
