Laptop that allows for dual monitors?

And doesn't use the laptop monitor as one of those monitors?

Does anyone know of a laptop that allows this off the top of their head?

I think a handful of the new dell laptops handle this depending on which video card you go with. I'd have to take a look and find some of the exact ones..

Also I believe this is another option for you

Now that's a good solution! I wouldn't need to buy a new laptop.

Thanks!

I do this with my Dell Latitude. When it is in the dock, there is both a DVI and VGA output. I drive one widescreen 24" monitor and one 17 inch VGA monitor with it. Works great, no apparent slowdown.
