Got video card suggestions?

I'm looking to get a new video card in the $150-200 range I want something that'll last me a few years, that at least a tv out, vga + DVI would be nice.. It'd be nice to get a tv-in but I'll be getting a TV tuner as well, so that isn't really a large concern of mine

Right now I'm thinking along the lines of a ti4200 chipset with 128MB ram.

Perhaps this little devil here the Abit Siluro™ GF4 Ti4200-8X OTES

This is going to replace my Rage128 All-in-Wonder 16MB... It's about damn time eh?

mp3car system is currently FUBAR and finances do not allow for a correction of that situation
Real computer hackers use a rotary cutting tool on their motherboard.
