mp3car system is currently FUBAR and finances do not allow for a correction of that situation

If you want you can have a look at this software.

Cartouche. I wrote it for doing my presentations.

I have not updated or used it for a long time, but if I remember
You can trigger wave file when the powerpoint presentation/slide is started.

It uses the powerpoint viewer to play powerpoint.

All support programs are at this location.

Any problems let me know.

Download the user guide, its in PDF format.

Note there is a software key for it, so it will run in demo mode.

If you like it, I could send you a key!!!!!

Another project that time run out on me.

Theres a way to do it in power point so that it just keeps playing the track, until its over, regardless of slide changes.

when you have the little icon for the cd track in power point, right click on it, and go to Custom Animation, then on the Multimedia Settings tab, change the While Playing: to Continue slide show, and then set stop playing to After X slides, and just set it up so X is how many slides you have in total.

This is from power point 2000, in other versions it should be similar.
