System monitoring via web app

I was wondering if there is an application out there that monitors CPU tmp, mobo tmp and all the essentials and outputs all the system information to a web interface. Basically my goal is to be able to view the systems vitals over the web.

Currently I am using Lavalys everest but it does not have a web interface.

Great idea. I'll add it to my Cloud Car list of suggestions. Right now, I'm working on putting basic GPS info to a web page. No reason you couldn't put system info out there as well.

would you want the data in real-time or in a log so you can review history. Something like this could be easily done in a front end plugin.
