Damn I hope it ain't for your car unless you drive a school bus.
I just got a HP Pavillion 17" Flatscreen and it is awesome. 400-500 bucks if you shop around.

It is for home use. I don't like HP LCD Monitors and will shop around.
Thanks

Sony is quite expensive for 19 inches. Planning to spend about $650 to $700.

I bought the Dell 1901fp for about $550 two months ago. With a 600:1 contrast ratio and DVI it’s beautiful. When I look at cheaper LCDs or even the LCD on my laptop, they don’t have the clarity and vivid colors that this display has. I absolutely the best money ever spent, I highly recommend it.

I was reading the prices that people were saying they paid for their LCD's, I'm like they don't cost that much, then I realized that this thread is OVER 3 YEARS OLD.

You are confused
He Quattro posted after a spammer resurrected this thread. I just barely deleted the spammers posts so you can't see them.

It doesn't matter much anymore. There are only a few different LCD panel manufacturers now. Just look at the basic specs like contrast, refresh rate and if it has DVI.
