Longest movie ever
I finally did it. I spent 10 hours today watching all 3 parts of Lord Of The Ring. I woke up at 11AM, went to the supermarket at 11:45 and bought 3 microwave dinners. I started the Followship of the Ring at 12:30PM and finished Return of the King at 10:30PM

So you didn't watch the extended editions, then?
Each of those is about 4-5 hours each. Hell, the first cut of the theatrical release of RotK was 4h50m long, and they had to cut it down to 3.5

'rotk' doesn't come out til 05.35.04. But there are several other places to acquire the movie right now.

borrowed it from a friend who got it at some LA swap meet. It looks to be retail version with menus and everything. DD6.1 channel audio

Ok....so there might have been a typo on this post. My bad.
It's definitely 05.25.04 (checked that date like 3 times to make sure I typed it correctly this time), but I've seen it on Kazaa, torrents, eDonkey....
