Ok, curious, how would one go about viewing their computer on a TV screen? Reason I ask is I have connectors for my CPU to Home Theater system, so I can listen to my streaming music/mp3s through my system, and would use the computer to play DVDs and like to do some browsing on the 32" tv. Granted I know the graphics wont be as nice for computer games, but I am not a gamer, so it wouldnt be a problem. Found this but not sure if its what I need:

Use a graphics card with tv-out or buy a scan convertor.

Just get a video card with TV out... Most video cards these days have TV out, and even better if it has S-Video out (clearer picture).

Watching DVDs on your TV is fine, but i think browsing might give you a headache because it ends up being fairly blurry (this is with regular composite cable, dont know about S-Video)

What is a good reasonably priced video card that will give me the best picture for browsing..would be nice to have my wireless keyboard and be able to surf on the web in the livingroom..so the best picture for browsing would be important. I seen a 32" TV a few years back at CC with a computer connected, didnt look bad at all..figgured the cards should be better now! Also do I want a Coax input for running my digital cable through my computer or just run it normal and use a RCA/S-Video to Input 2 for browsing/dvd?

Not sure what the question is, but try to avoid Composite (RCA) for video if you can. I believe that, in order of quality it goes like this:
RCA (Composite)
S-Video
Component (Y-Pb-Br)
RGB (D-SUB)
DVI-I

My Gf's brother just bought a 42" Plasma which has DVI input. The screen is clearer than his 17" LCD when he connects his PC up to it. Seriously cool... (but he paid about USD$5000 for the TV...)

Audio is different. Use Coax or Optical if you want digital sound. RCA's for Analogue
