Vote Smart Florida gives a pretty good rundown of all the amendments in florida in language that we can understand. It also gives stats on all the bills : Groups/organizations that support, groups/organizations that oppose, Proponents point of view, opponents point of view,etc. Hope this helps. (It helped me)
