question for network gurus/admins/etc

I have a program that runs in my temp folder and I cannot find any info on it. It's an executable and the name changes with each reboot. First it was called 'gqcf54.exe' and when I rebooted it was called 'OV8C7B.EXE' I have no idea what it is and google doesn't either. There's a little icon of a dog running next to it..anyone have any ideas?

Do you have any odd tasks running in the background? What OS are you running?

This is at work. We run XP pro. I'm sure it's not a virus. The reason that I found this is that a coworker of mine noticed it running in task manager. So I checked mine to see what was running and found this. We checked a couple of other machines and we all have it running out of the windows/temp folder.
