Who smokes cigarettes, how long, how much, and what brand?
Been smoking for 16 years, about 1 pack/day, and currently smoking Newport Lights..

A few years then cut down to spoking OP's, so its about 1 - 2 cigs a day if that.
Was smoking a few packs a day

lol, smoked those way to much.I QUIT those 
What do they say about those? That one joint is about the same amount of tar as 4 cigs. Ya think after ya smoke a joint ya want to smoke a few cigs.

yeah i quit too. was starting o mess me up a bit when i came down off a session - fortunately can just quit instantly. Only really smoke cigs when drunk - stopped that too. And pretty much stopped drinking! - only drink with meals!!!! Other things in life are more fun....and being in good shape and feeling good makes them even better...

I smoke Doral Menthol's which are the cheap brand here in starkville ($2.01/pack)
Oddly enough, when I go other places those same cigs are the premium brand going for about $4.00/pack. I generally stock up before I go home for the weekend

Werd! Smokes are ~$5.00/pack here in Westchester County, NY.. I try to make sure I have a full pack before I head to work in Manhattan.. the most I paid there was $8.05!!! I couldn't believe my ears!

Yep feels really good. Now i just have to keep my *** in the gym. I just cant get myself deticated enough. I used to get the resin/tar colds. Those really suck.
But yes QUIT life is much better.
