Hey,
I need to find two people who lived during the Vietnam War to ask 10 questions about living during that war. I need to write this thing today, so if 2 people would be willing to answer two somewhat simple questions that would be great.
Heres my assignment so you have just as good of an idea as I do of what Im looking for..

Lesson 6.02 Interviews with the Past
Now that you have done the ground work and have a basic understand of what took place during the Vietnam War, you are going to interview people that lived the history we are studying. You are going to do a two part project designed to take you into the minds of the people that were actual participants during the war. You are going to act as historians and record these people's perceptions of the war and discover what it was like to live through this period of upheaval and discontent.
Assignment 6.02 Part I: Interviews with the Past
This part of the assignment requires that you identify and contact two people in which you will conduct your interviews and create 10 questions that you will ask each of them.
You will want to pick people that would have been doing different things during the war. Ideally, you would choose two of the following people: a soldier, a college student, a nurse, a teenager or a parent. However, you need to use the resources available to you, so be creative and willing to interview someone that might not have been as exciting as a soldier, a nurse or a hippy.
After you have decided who you are going to interview, you need to create the list of ten questions that you plan to ask your subjects. Remember to focus your questions on the war and the controversy and turmoil that it created.
Here are the questions I came up with, if you can think of some better ones to ask don't hesitate to suggest.
Quote:
How old were you around the time of the Vietnam War?
What were you doing during this time?
Were you for or against the war?
Do you think the war affected you in any ways?
Do you personally know anyone that went to fight in the war?
What thing do you remember the most about the war?
Looking back, do you think our country made the right decisions entering this war?
Many people criticized the war because of the number of soldiers that were killed in it. If you choose to answer; do you know anyone who lost their life because of the war?
Did you or know anyone who actively protested the war?
Beside the fact of how many soldiers we lost; do you think the war was worth the results?
Post here if you are willing to be interviewed, or you can just post the answeres here or email them to me:
