Solar Powered Garden Lights

I found a solar panel that produces 9 volts at 60mA. What else would I need to make it like those solar powered garden lights? Will it take about 6 LEDS with a Ni-Cd battery? The Ni-Cd battery at Radio Shack says 9 volts/120mAh.

I don't know electronics or the math, but this can't be too hard. I looked all over for a similiar project online and didn't find one. Thanks for any help.
