Ipod shuffle!!

I love my shuffle! But one thing I don't like is that i can't charge it on the go. Well thanks to i-hacked's (mp3car user hvnsent) tutorial, I made my own charger from a 9v battery. I don't know why i didn't think of this sooner, but i love it and thought i'd show it off. Now i can charge it wherever without having to plug it in.

Just curious, when does this actually prove useful? I don't see a real need for them, as I always have a car with my music with me.

Well this summer i'll be doing a bit of traveling where I won't have a PC. So as long as i can go to a drug store and buy some 9v batteries, i can just charge it up at night for a day of music. Better than spending 30 bucks for apples recharger, which you have to plug into a wall to charge the battery, and when I go camping, i won't have power to plug that in, so I think this will prove to be useful.

Edit:: that and it only cost me 11 bucks, and who can resist a chance to fiddle with a little something neat like this.
