Bummer. How fast was the accident? I've had worse that got fixed, but if the frame got bent or things shifted alot then you may be screwed.
Good luck!!

oh **** that sucks man. sorry, and good luck.

i almost hope for you that they total it, unless you personally know of a bodyshop that really does great work.. otherwise the car will never quite be the same and you'll be dealing with a lot of headaches.

I hope your ok.

The samething happened to my cusin last month, at the same exact spot. Her car was totaled, because the cost to fix it exceeded the value of the car. It was a 95 jetta btw.

most likey yes - if its totaled - buy it back from the insurance company
and strip the good parts and sell them - It will take some work
but you could get a fair amount of money - last time I did that
I got about $2000 - $500 for the motor - $100 for the seats
- $450 tranny - $500 rims - ect ect -

good luck with what ever you do

Sorry man, that sucks. It looks like it is totaled, but it is not for us to say. Best of luck to you. I almost got hit twice today, and once yesterday. Stupid non-drivin mother f'ers. Glad to see you can type ok, are you sure your neck isn't bothering you?

sorry to hear. It looks like crap, but might be worth a shot. Now i sill would have them total it, b/c even if you get it fixed, carfax will have a major accident on it, and that way it's impossible to sell (to normal ppl that is)

Happy to hear your ok...
