ooo the engines are used on various helicopters - including the chinook and sea king so they are pretty good - but old.
They each weigh about 350-400lbs and can give over 1400shp (shaft horse power - as they are helicopter engines).
Here is some guy who uses them on jet boats and there is even a quad bike with one fitted!!! http://www.gas-turbines.com/engines/t58/t58_engine.htm
