Well he said he has a permit, and the wait for a probatary liscense is 1 year.

Sorry, don't really understand what all the other questions are about.

I'm in colorado, I'm not aware that our cell phone law has been put into effect.

I think it was to bump up is post count but is plan backfired.

Edit: Oh and you forgot : A computer to build a car around. (I think he meant a car to build a computer in. Unless he builds cars.
