I just wanted to know other ppls opinion on a particular situation...I shipped a package to someone (ebay) and the tracking number indicates that the package was delivered on November 9th...The person indicates that he hasnt recieved anything...What should be done to find out what really happened with the package...If you guys have had a similar experience please reply...Just wanna do the right thing and not screw anyone over...

I suggest you count your loses and use FedEx from now on. No one at the post office cares about your situation. There may be some paper work you can fill out, but the odds of any postal employee doing anything about it are nill. They're the same people that work at the DMV, now take a number and get back in line.

I wasnt going to do anything about the guy that scammed me , but now the people on this forum have pushed me to do something.
Do whatever you can to locate your package.
I hope its insured.

Check with his post office. My parents mail lady marks their packages as received, but they are sitting at the post office waiting for pick up.
