Popcorn...how do you eat yours?
just dug out my electric popcorn machine for a 'healthy, natural snack' but it is bland so i need to add some calories to the corn.
I have just tried:
acaccia honey - too sickly and hard to eat without getting covered
salt - just regular salted popcorn
so now i am looking for ideas of new toppings. I dont have any butter is (only olive oil based spread) so butter is out for now and that is boring anyway. I have a little pot on top of the maker that melts anything you want so i can add viscous stuff like syrup.
So far i have thought of trying :
maple syrup (don't have any in)
golden syrup (ditto)
terriaki sauce (maybe not)
blended fruit juice
sugar
anyone got any other ideas or the best way to add the usual topping such as maple syrup as i think it might need watering down maybe.
