I suggest going to a reputable dealer for the rims & lowering if you're not going to DIY. I wouldn't trust the handling of my vehicle to some guy with rims in a WalMart parking lot, but that's just me.
BellTech makes quality suspension components, including lowering kits. I don't know if they sell direct to the public, or only to dealers/distributors.
