There are plenty of places to get airbags. It depends on where you live. The best thing is to go and talk to the shop that is going to do the work or give you the parts. They should be able to give you all the info you need. If not, go somewhere else.
There are also a heap of sites out there that give guides on installing airbags. Have a look at www.fbimini.com. They have some install guides on their site. You could probably buy a specific kit designed for your truck.

for a basic setup you would need a compressor, an air tank, airbags (obviously), valves (to port air to the airbags), airlines, all the fittings for the lines, wiring and switches.
Depending on how crazy you want to get you will also have to notch your frame. If you haven't done this type of stuff before, you would probably be best getting a shop to do the work. I'm sure that if you are keen on getting it done, the shop you choose will be able to show you their work and give you all the details on how the installation is done.
I suggest you have a look on some of the minitruck sites. They have a lot of valuable info on this type of thing. You could also have a look at the truck edition of street source magazine. http://www.streetsource.com/
