Was about to start my project but turns out ill have to wait....

I will start by saying that i have been reading the fourms for a while now and got a lot of info and ideas that i had never even thought of. Thnx guys...

I was going to start my carpc about a month ago in my 2003* Chevy duramax 2500HD. about a month ago. But in the blink of an eye, that truck was gone, gone from my life. It turned out being stolen and had the vin # changed before it was broght to the dealer i bought it from. The PD found out and seized it.

So i was figured i waould wait till i got a new car and install the carpc from the begining and be good to go. I spoke with the dealer the day the truck was seized and they said that they will work with me to get my money i put in to that truck back.

Its been the better part of two months and now it turns out that i will have to actually go to court to get my money back from the dealer for my original truck. I spoke with them today and they say they are not resposible for it anymore.

^ *the truck was actually a 2004, but the vin that was swaped onto it was from an 03 so the dealer had no idea.

this whole ting is really begining to **** me off!

Heck it sounds to me that the dealership seems a wee bit shady. Maybe I am reading into it too much. Well good luck on getting things back in order.

bought from a used car dealer not GM

and yes i am suing

and yes the dealer is a wee bit shady

and everyone i know or talk to will never go there, so they will loose a lot of money, hopefully enogh to put em out

If they go out, they won't have money to give to you after you win

Not really true. If they are no longer making sales they will not be able to stay alive as a company. But when they loose in court the judge will see the cars (which they will have a lot of if they are not selling) as an asset and force them to auction them in order to satisfy they court ordered amount.

Edit: and they most likley will not auction for more then they bought it for, so they loose there too

Ok. Also try to sue them for emotional harm, etc, etc....

Also used the truck to work.... Lost wages

Dont worry bout that ill hit hard, by the time i am done with these bastards they will wish i had just kicked them in the nuts, i would hurt less.
