At 640x480 is there something to resize or scroll a large window in XP

I am running Windows XP - at a low rez in both my carpc and video
projector -

a lot of times I run into a windows that extends off screen and I cant
click on the "OK" button - or even see it - and sometimes other things
are hidden

what I would like is to add a scroll bar to them when they extend
off the screen or for it to be resized some how - any ideas

check your graphic manager or whatever. I have Nvidia. Disable window spanning. Also check if you have more than one desktop set.

Can't help with the resize or scroll, but an interim work-around would be to hit Alt-Space then M. Then you can use your arrow keys to move the screen up until you see the button.

On my car pc I have a mini thumb keyboard and mouse - it would be
a little hard to do - but still do-able - But on my projector pc - its only
