of all the Verizon phones....
wich one would you get? i want the 9800
but im trying to decide if i want something else. that one is about the same price as all the others but has so many freakin features. it has a removable media card (SD card) that i can load mp3s on it.
im sorry to bust on anyones flavor but the razr doesnt do it for me. i didnt catch the fad for that and the camera resolution and features wernt enough to make me jump for it. i like the non flip razr..its a big improvement but still not "all that" to me. the chocolate is nice but the 9800 is.....welll.....all that.
and.....

if you ever decide to get a GSM phone (cingular or tmobile) i recommend the Sony Ericsson W810i. I have this Phone and it's mad sweet. Look it up on www.gsmarena.com and see what it can do. Now it does come with a price. ~$350 ( I got mine for $400)

Yeah... I vote to go GSM, but get the Cingular 8125 or the MDA on T-Mobile. Verizon has the XV-6700, but I hate the antenna.
Other than that, the VX-9800 is a good choice, even though everyone I know that has it doesn't like it. Then again, they think it's retarded to put a computer in your car....

sigh
you can get any phone you want. just make sure you can unlock it and make it work to your network, and ive found when i traveled alot, its not, "Oh this is the best service!" it all depends. in chicago my razer that uses cingular is awesome and my blackberry is ****ty which uses sprint, but when I go out to the summer place, My blackberry has better service and my razer sucks.
It all depends on your area. Go see what phones they offer if you want to go verizon and then have the guy tell you which is the best for quality in that area. If you think its crap take it back in a few days and make them exchange it. you might want to check out and read a bit at http://www.howardforums.com

If only Verizon had a Symbian Nokia, you'd be set...
Guess CDMA just isn't as advance as GSM....

the 700w is a nice phone... I use that....the Q wasn't out yet when I got mine, either is a good choice though I think running wm5.0
I know that palm & verizon done an extensive amount of effort on actual phone use quality with the 700w, & it works as good as a dedicated phone only, which is rarely the case with most pda phones btw... don't know much about the Q though...

I got the Verizon XV6700 Pocket PC phone about a month ago. I love it. Go to Phonescoop.com to read what people think about any phone you are considering before choosing. Then you can make an informed decision.
