I saw it last night, it was pretty good, but too cheezy at times. The web swinging stuff was really cool to watch.

Definately worth seeing. The words "rain" and "Kirsten Dunst" make it all worthwhile.

Kirsten Dunst looks like she was hit in the face with a bag of marbles. A paperbag would help that scene, and the rest of the movie immensely.

I can't believe that the Green Goblin is Spider-Man's dad!

All joking aside, the movie was good. Not a "rock" though, but nice. I just didn't like the fact that... no, that might be giving away too much. Let's say they dumbed down Peter Parker IMHO. Also, I didn't like the Green Goblin's costume at all. It had nipples for crying out freaking loud!

Also, keep your eyes very open for a couple nice details, one of them being the now mandatory cameo appereance by Stan "The Man".

Nuff' said.

On that same scene, did you notice who the announcer was?

Hint: He appears on other movies directed by Sam Rami, who directed this flick.

That's right, Mr. Bruce Campbell, from Evil Dead.

I'm going to be seeing it this Saturday night...I didn't really even consider seeing it, but a friend mentioned that she wanted to go, so I looked at the previews and it actually looks pretty good...

yah, everyone told me it was SPECTACULAR, but i would have to rate it as a simple "good" my main complaint was that it was too slow in the begining. If it had just been 90minutes, then i could simply chalk it up as 90min of mindless entertainment like i did for scorpian king.
