I recognize that I had not born on this forums (I assume that You did by your noobs argument) and that I gave poor/nothing info about my issue, here's what I have to say and if you don't like it michael just don't answer and forget this thread please. I already searched but there's nothing similar to what's happening to me.
My m2 psu never turn on (I'm testing on my car) when I put the system in my house with a regular power supply it start working. I followed every step in the manual and reviewed again before reply.
I'm trying to start it using the startup shut down controller, I will take Your advice and will recheck all the wiring I'm not perfect. I'm sure everything is fine regarding wiring and grounding but will recheck. Then tomorrow I will post.
Listen here noob, I told you to search for a reason. You don't like it, don't post for an answer. When you ask a question in a room full of people, you don't get to choose who answers the question.
Now, since you seem incapable of listening and following instruction, in a direct response to your question, and by the way, YOU STILL HAVE NOT CONFIRMED HOW YOU WIRED THE UNIT, OR TESTED THE WIRING. Just saying you wired it accroding to the manual means nothing. Did you actually find an accessory wire. Did you test it. Are you sure you have constant power. Does it come straight from the battery? What is the MB, there is a known issue with the early M2's and the Epia boards.
Who cares if you have installed another carputer. Is everything between the 2 the exact same. Obviously not, because unless the M2 is totally dead, which I find hard to believe, though possible, unless you did something to it inadvertantly, then they would both be working, and not just one. Have you run a power calculator for this system. Probably not, maybe you are overloading the PS and it won't start.
Why the hell should I have to sit here and spell this **** out for you when you can find it with a search. Why are you being so lazy about it.
Now, read these darn threads I found for you on a search. Let me know when you follow ALL the suggestions in these threads.

having looked through your posts, you're not actually a very nice guy Micheal. you must have wasted more time in all your posts actually telling people off, than helping.
treat people how you'd like to be treated.

I agree with everyone else here, i bet you're the sort of person that honks his horn and shouts at people in traffic, why don't you try to be polite for a change, you may find that you like it.

I honk my horn and yell and gesture (yes, I do that, too) to let other people know that I feel their driving is unsafe.
It's kinda like jumping up & down and waving your arms to get the attentioon of the person that's about to jump off a building. You've let them know that you're aware of his actions and the rude gestures let them know that you're displeased.
Although, I also agree that WiredWRX snapped and went off on this particular n00b unnecessarily.
While I wholly agree with his assessment of the OP's power issue and his presentation of the problem to the mp3car.com community for assistance. "I plugged it in and it doesn't work" isn't anywhere near enough information for anyone to truly diagnose a problem.
Explanations of where wires run to, jumper settings, details about the setup, photos/diagrams, etc. are all exteremely helpful in diagnosing a problem.
Basicvally, we have to determine if the OP is incorrect in his statement that everythign is wired up per the manual or if there's some other wiring problem or if the M2ATX is faulty or any number of potential power problems that could be in play here.
While WiredWRX was certainly over-harsh in his response, the OP was just as n00b-ish in his request for assistance. Two wrongs don't make a right without some intense brainwashing.

but I bet you don't get out of the car, give them a proper breifing, go to your car, get some law books and show them some citations of how wrong they are, all whilst it's being filmed for lots of people to see over time!

But in stationary traffic, where the person on the recieving end is unable to move due to the aforementioned traffic it's a bit uncalled for, the same as wired's comments to a new member, it's people like him that tarnish the forum and will put other people off joining.

No, for some reason they do everything they can to get as far away from me as possible when I start waving legal texts at them...

I disagree. In stationary traffic, that's the perfect opportunity to explain to someone exactly how their actions are making the situation worse.
True story:
About a year and a half ago, I was at a stoplight at Northwest Highway and Shiloh in Dallas. It's right by I-635, which was backed up because of an accident. It was afternoon rush hour, and my mom was in town following me home after just driving in from out of town.
Because of the accident on the freeway, the volume at this intersection was abnormally high, being so close to the freeway and it being afternoon drivetime. So some stupid ***** in a suburban pushes a yellow/red light despite the jamp-packed road in front of her, leaving her entire Suburban blocking all three lanes of Shiloh road.
I was ****ed. The guy to the left of me was ****ed. The person in the right lane was turning right, so they weren't blocked in and may or may not have been ****ed.
We had to wait for the traffic light to cycle all the way around for us to be able to move because this stupid woman thought that she could push a red light under these conditions. I was in the front of the line, which made it even worse, I think.
I got out of my truck and knocked on her window and let her know exactly how stupid she was and the direct effect her actions have had on everyone in the line of traffic, how it's not helping matters by degrading the already volatile atmosphere because of the heavy traffic.
Her response was "what was I supposed to do - wait back at the light?"
" YES, damn you!!!! You're not so ******* important that you can't wait for the light to cycle!"
I didn't use those exact words, but it was pretty close.

What i cannot understand is that you appear to be side-stepping the fact that Wired has attacked a new member, surely he needs a repremand for his actions. if he was to post with the same attitude in most other forums his post would be ammende/deleted and he would be given a kind warning to cease his attitude or face a ban.
This n00b bashing attitude is why i strayed away from this forum for a while, but upon my return i can see that nothing has changed.

yeah right. You know and I know everyone here knows that guy cannot help himself as he gets off on belittling people - just like you do.
so did wired get an infraction for either one of those posts as they were far worse than mine and the guy he insulted didnt even deserve it.
